The Pretzel
We use High Quality, Old Fashioned, 7 to 8-inch, slightly salted Pretzel Rods with a crunchy, robust texture, classic savory flavor.
The Chocolate Choices
We offer our Belgian Chocolate in three varieties – Milk Chocolate with 34% Cocoa Solids; Dark Chocolate with 55% Cocoa Solids; and White Chocolate with 28% Cocoa Solids.
The Add-Ons
After your Pretzel is plunged into a deep pool of rich Belgian Chocolate, we transform it by rolling it into a generous bed of hand-selected toppings. Our topping choices create an indulgent combination with our caramel and chocolate.
The Decoration
Our Pretzels are finally finished with a nice drizzle of a contrasting Belgian Chocolate. Our White Chocolate Dipped Apples are drizzled with Dark or Milk Chocolate. Our Milk Chocolate and Dark Chocolate Dipped Apples are drizzled with White Chocolate.
High-Quality Gourmet Ingredients
We cook our caramel daily with rich, creamy heavy cream, sugar cooked to a nice amber color, unsalted butter, which creates a smooth caramel for a rich mouthfeel, vanilla extract to make a more complex and nuanced flavor, and a pinch of salt to balance and enhance the overall caramel flavor. The Caramel & Chocolate
Your Pretzel is generously coated in a rich, buttery, and chewy homemade caramel, then enrobed in our smooth Belgian Milk, Dark (Semi-Sweet), or White Chocolate. Topped with options like crushed toffee, flakey sea salt, sprinkles, or toasted nuts, it offers a luxurious sweet-and-salty crunch. Our homemade caramel is slow cooked for a creamy, chewy texture that adheres to the rod without being overly sticky, offering a rich butterscotch flavor.
Our Premium Belgian Chocolate is a globally renowned confection distinguished by its high-quality ingredients and traditional craftsmanship. Legally, for a product to be labeled “Belgian chocolate,” the entire process of refining and manufacturing the chocolate must take place within Belgium. Authentic Belgian chocolate is crafted from the best cocoa beans and must be made with 100% pure cocoa butter. It is not permitted to use vegetable fats. This contributes to its signature taste and melt-in-your-mouth texture. We temper our Belgian chocolate to give you a satisfying snap, velvety smooth feel, and a beautiful glossy finish that is a nice contrast to the chewy caramel.
