Shipping Policy

Shipping Information:

SWEET VIBES BY GIO’S products are made-to-order to ensure freshness, and carefully packaged so they arrive in perfect condition.

If you need your items by a specific date, we recommend having them delivered 1-2 days in advance. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout per recipient and based on non-discounted product prices.

Air Service may not be available to all shipping destinations or at all times of the year.

Saturday Delivery is not available to all zip codes. If unavailable, we will attempt to upgrade the delivery to arrive on Friday.

We only ship to the continental 48 United States. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We are not responsible for delivery delays experienced by the carrier due to weather or mechanical problems and are, therefore, unable to offer refunds for those reasons. 

Shipping Deadlines:

We ship via ground Monday through Thursday depending on destination. Our 3-Day Air service ships on Monday and Tuesday. Our 2-Day Air service ships Monday – Wednesday and our 1-Day Air Service is available for shipment Monday through Friday, unless Saturday or Sunday delivery is not available to your address by the carrier Order cut-off and same day shipping may very. Real-time shipping options are displayed during checkout.

Delivery Locations

We suggest shipping to an address where you know somebody will be available to receive the package, for example, the recipient’s workplace. Carriers may leave packages at a destination in which no one is home. We cannot provide refunds for deliveries where no recipient was available. Keep in mind our products are perishable and shouldn’t be exposed to the elements for too long, especially in warm or freezing weather conditions.

We are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen, or melted after the carrier has completed the delivery.

Warm Weather Shipping:

During the summer months and as the weather dictates, we ship our products with ice packs, and because of this, you will see an increase in shipping costs during that time period. To ensure product quality, we may not offer shipping services like 3-Day Air or long distance ground shipping during warm weather periods. Please see seasonal dates below to see when we may offer shipping restrictions and insulate your shipments with ice packs:

  • AL, AZ, CA, FL, LA, MS, NM, NV, TX require warm-climate insulated shippers from March 30 – November 13 and 3-Day Air and Ground may be unavailable.
  • AR, CO, GA, KS, OK, SC, TN, UT require warm-climate insulated shippers from May 1 – October 31 and 3-Day Air and Ground may be unavailable.
  • CT, DC, DE, IA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MS, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SD, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY require warm-climate insulated shippers from May 1 – October 1 and 3-Day Air and Ground may be unavailable.

Shipping Delays:

There are times when carriers are unable to provide on-time delivery, such as during extreme weather situations, national emergencies, etc. We ask for your patience during these times and promise to get your package to its destination as soon as possible.

We do our best to monitor orders and make adjustments to meet requested delivery dates. As a result, it is possible an order may arrive 1-2 days ahead of a requested date.

Order Modifications

In order to allow us to prepare your order for shipment, we are unable to change orders within 24 hours of a scheduled shipment. If you wish to make a modification to an order, contact us at 813.226.7707. Order edits cannot be submitted via email.
