Your apple is thoroughly submerged in a thick layer of rich, buttery homemade caramel. This caramel is cooked to perfection to achieve a satisfyingly chewy, sweet, and soft-but-firm texture.

The Chocolate

Our Belgian chocolate is a globally renowned confection distinguished by its high-quality ingredients and traditional craftsmanship. Legally, for a product to be labeled “Belgian chocolate,” the entire process of refining and manufacturing the chocolate must take place within Belgium. Authentic Belgian chocolate is crafted from the best cocoa beans and must be made with 100% pure cocoa butter. It is not permitted to use vegetable fats. This contributes to its signature taste and melt-in-your-mouth texture. We temper our Belgian chocolate to give you a satisfying snap, velvety smooth feel, and a beautiful glossy finish.

We offer our Belgian Chocolate in three varieties – Milk Chocolate with 34% Cocoa Solids; Dark Chocolate with 55% Cocoa Solids; and White Chocolate with 28% Cocoa Solids.

After your Jumbo Granny Smith Apple is plunged into our molten, luxurious, silky caramel, we transform it by rolling it into a generous bed of hand-selected toppings. Our topping choices create an indulgent combination with our caramel and chocolate.

The Decadent Masterpiece

Your apple is plunged once more, this time into a deep pool of rich Belgian chocolate. The chocolate glides over the caramel and toppings, completely enveloping the apple in a thick, glossy, satisfying layer.

The Decoration

Our Apples are finally finished with a nice drizzle of a contrasting Belgian Chocolate. Our White Chocolate Dipped Apples are drizzled with Dark or Milk Chocolate. Our Milk Chocolate and Dark Chocolate Dipped Apples are drizzled with White Chocolate.

We start with handpicked, crisp Granny Smith apples, fresh from the orchard. We pick out only the best, large, crisp, juicy, and fresh apples. We cook our caramel daily with rich, creamy heavy cream, sugar cooked to a nice amber color, unsalted butter, which creates a smooth caramel for a rich mouthfeel, vanilla extract to make a more complex and nuanced flavor, and a pinch of salt to balance and enhance the overall caramel flavor. We source our Belgian Chocolate and add-on toppings from a superior supplier. Our apples are hefty confections and are best sliced for sharing rather than eating off the stick. We like to say: “Don’t Bite Me, Slice Me”. Apples are 1.5-2 lbs. each, serve 6-8 people, and are made fresh to order. They are best enjoyed when kept refrigerated and eaten within 14 days of receipt.
